Appetizer Selections

Appetizer selection can be confusing - after all there are so many items to choose from!

From finger foods butler-passed to display tables and chafing dishes, appetizers add to your wedding.

Some sample ideas:

 Smoked Salmon Roulades – stuffed w/ cream cheese & capers and roasted vegetables
 Air-dried Beef Roulade – Harrington’s Beef stuffed w/ Boursin and roasted vegetables
 Stuffed mushroom – vegetarian and non-vegetarian 
 Crab Wontons – fried - crab, cream cheese, chives stuffed wontons
 Flat bread – vegan and non-vegan bites served warm (grilled vegetables, cheeses, spreads)
 Proscuitto Ciabbata mini sandwich 75 pieces
 Blue cheese and hazelnut shortbread w/ cream cheese and fig marmalade
 Stuffed snow peas – w/ ground walnuts, apples and veganaise
 Stuffed baby red potatoes halves– cheese, veggies, bacon, sour cream
 Chicken Sausage Stack – cheese, Mackenzie sausage and grilled apple slice served
